Lincoln, Belmont, and Ashland: Upcoming changes to the intersection

The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) could begin reconstruction of the Lincoln Belmont Ashland (LBA) intersection as early as the spring of 2021, according to Alderman Waguespack.
