The meeting began with presentations by Cook County State’s Attorney candidates Anita Alvarez (D) and Lori Yokoyama (R) and Green Party 5th district congressional candidate Nancy Wade. We heard from John McDermott, Housing and Land Use Director for the Logan Square Neighborhood Association about the history of Lathrop Homes.
