The Alderman will give the membership his annual update on the Ward and City of Chicago operations.
NEW COMMUNITY RELATIONS STRATEGY (formerly CAPS) OFFICER
Our new 19th District, Sgt. Mary Hein will introduce herself and give a brief presentation on this year’s meetings.
1444 W. DIVERSEY – Zoning Change
Owner requests zoning change from RT-3.5 to RT-4. Owner wants to
- elongate the current building,
- add a third unit to the current building,
- convert the basement to a dwelling unit,
- add a roof deck on top of the 3rd floor and
- renovate the building.
- This will be a voting issue. The immediate area around the project will be flyered so non-SLN members will be alerted to the meeting and be able to vote.
Member Socializing – 6:30 to 7:00 in the Athenaeum Lobby.
