32nd Ward Chief of Staff – Paul Sajovec
Mr. Sajovec has been Alderman Waguespack’s Chief of Staff since day one, well over 10 years. Paul works closely with the SLN Neighborhood Development and Review Committee (NDRC) on zoning and development issues. Paul gave the membership an update on the Lincoln/Belmont/Ashland (LBA) Intersection Project. He started out by mentioning the Project is 10 years behind schedule. Paul also talked about the SRO development, Bel-Ray Apartments at Belmont and Racine and the rise in carjackings in the neighborhood. Read more in the newsletter.

  • Chicago Department of Public Health: COVID-19 vaccine update
    A representative from this Department will give us some updated information on the whole Covid-19 Pandemic and vaccination issues.
  • Property Tax Appeal Attorney We all just got some Real Estate Tax reassessment information within the last few months. A Property Tax Appeal Attorney will provide information to guide us through the appeal process.
